Each coffee has an Intensity Level from 1–5 based on body and boldness — Forge (5) is bold and punchy, Core (4) is smoother, and Calm Decaf (3) is gentle. Each coffee is also clearly labelled as Caffeinated or Decaffeinated, so that's never in question.

Forge is built for mornings that need momentum. Core is smoother and rounder for the afternoon. Calm Decaf is a gentler, decaffeinated option for evenings. If you want to try all three, The Intensity Set covers the full arc.

Calm Decaf is fully decaffeinated using a sugarcane process. Like most decaf coffee, it retains only trace amounts of caffeine — it's the one coffee in our range where that difference is the deciding factor.

We roast to order, not in advance. Your coffee is roasted after you place your order and dispatched within 48 hours — it's never sitting on a warehouse shelf for weeks like most big coffee brands.

Store your coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid refrigerating as it can introduce moisture and odors.
